I have decided to make Valorant Knife Tier List where I will rank the best to worst knives in the game. Game cosmetics are an essential part of the game. It makes the game look more pleasing to the eyes and provides fan service.
I appreciate that many of you on this website and reading this article already know what Valorant is. However, with the gain in popularity of the esports genre and welcoming tons of new professional players into the fray, I want to take the time to rank all of the Knife skins in the game.

- Each Knife is ranked based on its VFX concepts, Variants, and animations.
- The RGX 11Z Pro, Sovereign Sword, and Glitchpop Dagger are among the highest-ranked knives from the game.
- The Luxe Knife, Ego Knife, and Prism Knife are ranked in the lowest possible tier.

S Tier
The S ranking is usually interpreted as “superb” or “super,” It is the highest ranking. This tier of the consists of the most extraordinary knives in the game with amazing animations, VFX, and variants. They are also a favorite among all fandom fans.
RGX 11Z Pro
At the top of the list, we have RGX 11Z Pro. When this knife came out, it overshadowed all the other knives in the game because of its smooth animation. This knife entirely made the previous butterfly knife irrelevant. The Valorant R.G.X. 11Z Pro Butterfly Knife is included in the RGX 11Z Pro skin collection’s second bundle. This set contains the Classic pistol, Spectre, Phantom, and Operator.

Valorant Champions Karambit
Next up, we have Valorant Champions Karambit. This knife started the trend of Karambit knives in the game, and when it was released, it was the only Karambit in the game. The set is a one-of-a-kind limited edition commemorating the inaugural international Valorant championship.
The set’s prominent color is gold to represent success, and it has a striking, premium vibe – reflected in the fact that it was only accessible during the tournament through December 12th and not after that.

RGX 11z Pro Melee
After this, we have RGX 11z Pro Melee. This knife has a unique animation that does not resemble any other knife in the game. It feels like a Katana in hand and is mainly used by the pros in the game. RGX 11z Pro Melee came with the first bundle of RGX, which was the best bundle in the game before its predecessor came.
Each skin, like its ancestor, has three versions in red, blue, and yellow, as well as LEDs that change to four different colors. The skins are also designed in a contemporary style with raw metal and green tones.

Glitchpop Dagger
Following this, we have Glitchpop Dagger. Many players of the game call it Glitchpopperino. I consider this knife the best dagger in the game because of its glitchy animations and how it changes color every time it gets pulled off. The Valorant Glitchpop knife skin is a Glitchpop collection item. The set maintains the Japanese motif of the previous Sakura and Oni collections, with vivid neon colors and anime-inspired style. The knife includes unlocked VFX.

Nunca Olvidados Melee
In succession to this knife, we have Nunca Olvidados melee. When the Ruin dagger came out in the battle pass, everyone was quite surprised because Riot gave us the unique animation-style knife in Battle Pass, which is rare in free-to-play games. After that, fans asked for the same animation melee weapon, and Nunca Olvidados was their answer.
The Nunca Olvidados bundle includes the Valorant Nunca Olvidados melee. A melee, frenzy, bulldog, Vandal, and ares are included in the whole set. The set is inspired by the Day of the Dead festivity, with warm, bright colors and floral designs. It’s worth noting that each of these skins has two variants, which switch between dark and light skin variants based on whether the skin is in the light or not.

Sovereign Sword
Consequently, we have Sovereign Sword, one of the game’s first premium skins. Even at this time, this sword is still used by many players and pros in the game because of its sleek design and animation. Many players prefer this melee weapon over other Sword animations melee in the game even though this knife has only 1 VFX effect, which is its pulled-out animation, and does not have variants.
Like the rest of the set, the Valorant Sovereign knife has a beautiful, ethereal air, with a regal white and gold pattern. The bundle includes stinger, Guardian, Marshal, and the Sovereign Ghost. The Sovereign knife is available in the Valorant Store for 3550 VP, depending on your luck, and it was included in the package for 7100 VP as a free bonus.

Gaia’s Vengence Melee
We have Gaia’s Vengence Melee at the last of this Valorant Knife Tier List. Like the Nunca Olvidados melee, this complete bundle is also underrated, in my opinion, and is not used by many players in the game.
This is the best axe knife because of its glossy animations. The Valorant Gaia’s Vengeance melee axe is a component of the Gaia’s Vengeance set, which also includes an axe melee, a Ghost, a Guardian, a Vandal, and a Marshal. These skins have an earthy, organic feel, with branches appearing to grow out and through the weapons in fluid, flowing twists and turns.

A Tier
A-tier is an above-average tier where I placed my favorite knives in the game that have the same amount of love compared to the above knives in the list. Some of the knives in this list could be an S-tier for many fans as it is subjective.
Reaver Knife
At the top of this tier, we have Reaver Knife. Reaver bundle is considered one of the best bundles in the game, and fans patiently wait for Riot to drop its second version. The Reaver knife skin or dagger is a Reaver collection item that was first available during the Valorant beta. It was so popular back in the days that the fans started a petition for these skins to come back, and eventually, Riot decided to bring these skins back into the game.

Elderflame Knife
Moving on to Elderflame Knife, which was introduced as the first dagger in the game. The Valorant Elderflame knife is the centerpiece of the Elderflame collection, and it was the most costly skin available at the time of release. The design and features are intricate, with one-of-a-kind VFX and animations. The dagger’s fire animations are unique, making it pleasing to the eyes.
Players have very mixed opinions about the collection because there is no doubt they are stunning skins, but they are extremely loud, making it difficult for us to hear the footsteps of enemies.

Ruin Dagger
The ultimate prize for the Ignition Act 3 battle pass is the Valorant Ruin knife or karambit/dagger. The Ruin Knife, shorty, Guardian, Vandal, and Marshal are all included in the complete set. The Ruin skins, like the Jade set, feature an oriental flair with black, gold, and crimson style. The skins may be obtained by purchasing the Act 3 battle pass and progressing through levels 1, 20, 30, 45, and 50.
Ruin Dagger is considered the best battle pass knife in the game. Fans were quite surprised when Riot released Ruin skins because the Battle pass sets didn’t include any good knives in the game before that. It has one of the unique animations in the game, making it a top fan favorite knife.

Valorant Go Knife
The Valorant Go knife is part of the Anime series, including the ghost pistol, spectre, guardian, and phantom firearms. The collection has a unique anime feel, with many agents from the game dressed in brightly colored costumes. This knife has a unique animation in the game. Valorant Go knife is perfect for Jett mains because of its kunai knife style concerning the ultimate ability of Jett’s ability. The knife’s pull-out animation is astounding; you can’t get bored by doing it many times.

The skins were released in collaboration with the famous Russian DJ Zedd. It has a very confounding sound that is pleasing to the ears. The knife animation is similar to the sword, but its unique design and sound make it one of the best knives in the game. This set of skins is the most expensive skin in the game.

This knife was an S Tier for me before the RGX butterfly knife came, overshadowing all the other butterfly knives in the game.

This bundle was the first collaboration between Valorant and League of Legends, and the fans were delighted with how it came out. The skins have huge demon-inspired elements, and the finisher completely changes the game’s environment, making it one of the best finishers.

Ion Melee
The Ion set includes the Valorant Ion melee skin or weapon. A melee, sheriff, Bucky, Phantom, and Operator are included in the whole collection. The design is clean white with black components on the grips and triggers, having a futuristic vibe overall. Ion bundle was one of the first premium bundles in the game and is relatively cheaper than other skins lines, although these skins have the same future glossing look.
The player’s base widely uses these skins, and many pro players in the competitive scene use the Ion operator. As a big fan of Subroza, who uses this knife as his primary melee, I had to place it in the A Tier.

The new valorant protocol bundle was introduced as the year’s first new set. Each weapon in this clean and professionally designed collection has three versions in addition to the main skin. This unique feature we did not see in any other skin bundle in the game.

Along with Karambit melee, this collection features other most usable weapons in the game which makes this set quite relevant to the game. The set has the same regal appearance as the prime 1.0 collection, with gold and white accents and black grips.
Prime 2.0 karambit is the only skin in the game that fan does not prefer to have its VFX style unlocked because its upgraded version animation is unsatisfactory. Players prefer to have this only knife in the game in the base variant.

B Tier
B Tier is the middle tier of the Valorant knife tier list and is the center point of all the knife skins in the game. These skins define the borderline between the game’s good and bad skins. B Tier is an average tier of any list, and it usually has things considered balanced in any media.
Velocity Karambit
The new Valorant Velocity melee is included in the Episode 4 Act 1 Battle pass as part of the Velocity collection. Each skin comes in three colors: yellow, purple, and green. These skins may be obtained by finishing certain Battle Pass levels. The skins have a distinct appearance, with huge circles dominating the weaponry. The basic skins are primarily orange and white, with black accents.
Velocity Karambit is one of its kind, and people consider it the best battle pass knife in the game. The only reason I included this knife in this list is that many pro players from the competitive scene often use this knife in their matches because of its simplicity and overall design.

Radiant Crisis 001 Bat
Radiant Crisis 001 melee or Bat is a new addition to the Radiant Crisis 001 collection. This collection features overall good skin sets that include classic, phantom, bucky, and specter along with of course a melee bat.
The set is inspired by comic books, with a 2D vibe and a special unlocked VFX and finisher. The VFX effects of this skin are quite unique. When you pull out your knife it has an amazing sound effect and the finishing animation is inspired by the comic book-style art that throws the opponent up in the sky. This is the only skin in the game with a bat model, which makes this knife unique. The finisher of this knife makes the enemy fly into the sky, which is pretty awesome.

The Valorant Sentinels of Light knife is one of five skins offered. The set has a magical aura, a crystalline structure, and three skin variations throughout each weapon. A knife, sheriff, Vandal, operator, and areas are included in the set.

Each pistol skin has an unlocked side panel with a mini-map and location/heart-beat sensor.
However, this is merely cosmetic. The skin is identical to OG Counter-Strike 1.6 knife, and its animation is also the same. The knife feels pretty realistic in hands, and we can see the Riot developers tried something new with it, but it doesn’t perceive by the community as they were expecting.

The C Tier is the second last tier in the Valorant knife tier list 2023. Some of the knife skins could be on the B Tier as some of these are up to the mark of good skins. Go Volume 2 Melee
The Valorant GO! Vol. 2 melee skin is the series’ second installment. The skins retain the previous set’s warm tones, lively aesthetic, and bright, warm primary colors. Yoru’s melee comb in butterfly knife form and the classic Vandal, operator, and ares are included in this series. This is the second butterfly knife in the game after the recon one.
Only Yoru mains prefers this knife. The knife has the same animation as the recon’s butterfly knife. The fans were expecting something new, but they all got disappointed. Valorant tried to base this knife on the Yoru hairstyle spray, but it didn’t pay off well.

Everything else in the bundle was astounding, and all the skins were primary weapons in the game. Verdict
However, it is all 46 knives of Valorant that I endure and love passionately, and I cannot stop myself from talking about it, as you can see in this tier list. I did a slight reordering, and I am sure we would all agree that is the correct order for the most prominent knives in the game, and those of you who do not, you can tell me angrily in the comments. Well, it is time for this tier list to end. One of my abilities is to waste a significant amount of time analyzing skins on how certain great they are.
I have decided to use this ability to create what I believe may be the most definitive Valorant knife tier list on the entire internet. To achieve this goal of my life, I chose 46 knives from different collections I liked and put them on a tier list.
