Forza is a series of simulation racing games for Xbox consoles, Microsoft windows, IOS, and Android devices published by Xbox Game Studios. The franchise is divided into two ongoing titles; the original title Forza Motorsport series, developed by American developer Turn 10 Studios, and the Forza Horizon series, developed by British developer Playground Games.
Forza is one of the highest-grossing video game franchises, with 16 million copies sold as of April 2021, making it the Sixth best-selling racing franchise. On July 23, 2020, Forza Motorsport 8 was announced at Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase; ever since then, fans have been waiting for any news on the game.
According to the rumors circulating online, many have claimed that we will get an official announcement on Forza Motorsport 8 at the summer game fest. Speaking on Twitter, the Spanish journalist eXtas1s tweeted:
Forza Motorsport will be a before and after in the legendary driving saga. Simulation & Motorsport will go hand in hand in this installment.
eXtas1s also talked about a potential time period where the game might get released, saying:
I am listening and corroborated by up to 3 sources that #ForzaMotorsport will be released on the dates that I leave you in this spoiler-protected image (Spring 2023).
