S Tier
So, if you look at the current meta, S-tier Arks are your best bet. The top-tier model is the S class. They represent perfection in the world of the Last Cloudia.
Kaldina the Great
Coming up first is an SSR Permanent ark. It is one of the most potent arks in the game, primarily because of its AER. An unequivocal top-tier reroll target (together with Sandwyrm), and you may have been led wrong if you aren’t trying for this Ark or picking it up on a selector in the future. The passives on this Ark are pretty reliable regarding their inherent amount of health and the health boosts they provide to the entire squad.
Having a miraculous recovery after a brush with demise is also beneficial. Notable learnable include God Heal, HP Up 3, and Skill Charge 2. The AER has the highest possible score of any AER in the entire game.
Covert Gun Because of Trishula, any elementally-resisted skill you apply on a unit will no longer cause that talent to become resistant to that element (only acts as if enemy resist is 0, does not make it 0).
This has a HUGE impact on the potential damage output of elemental physical attackers, as skill damage is typically the primary source of damage. It can be brutal to damage opponents with a resist value of 100.
If Trishula cannot equip machinery on its own accord, you will require Machine Equip. It can be PvP relevant. As a result, it will be placed at the top of the Last Cloudia Ark Tier List 2023.
HP | 2660 |
Shield | 300 |
Damage | +50% |
Speed | +15% |
Sandwyrm
SSR Permanent ark. One of the two primary targets for rerolling in Ark: Survival Evolved and one of the most wanted arks in the entire game. The passives are rather unremarkable until you come to the last half; because it grants neutral pursuits on every Earth magic hit, this Ark has the most potential damage to Earth magic users.
Learnable is where this Ark shines, as Dual Wield is one of the strongest passives in the entire game for physical attackers to have. The AER is sufficient, consisting only of an HP/MP and other stat-sticks. Not PvP related. As a result, it will be placed in the S tier.
HP | 2626 |
Shield | 270 |
Damage | 45% – 50% |
Speed | +15% |
Skyship Lonvalion
SSR Permanent ark. The use of passives is quite effective while dealing with neutral assailants. Furthermore, passives provide a barrier of 500 health points at the beginning of combat and a 25% reduction in the chance of being afflicted.
Having Machine Equip and Magic Aura on the same Ark, which is highly sought-after passives, gives this Ark a high rating. However, learnable is the best feature of the Ark.
The AER is beneficial for attacking foes with weak attributes, making it quite specialized in its application. This disease dodge can be effective in the arena, and its neutral attack boost.
When maxed out, the ark talent creates a barrier with a maximum of 2500 HP, which may be utilized to prevent the entire party from flinching when damaging up to that threshold. As a result, it will be placed in the S tier.
HP | 1942 |
Shield | 231 |
Damage | 25% |
Speed | +15% |
Pirate Ship Legnis
SSR Permanent ark. It is incredible how helpful passives can be for providing support to a team. For example, giving the entire party resistance to flinching for 10 seconds and increasing their SCT by 15 after Wave 1 is a huge benefit.
The learnable Breaker, Axe Equip, Fish Slayer, and Pirate’s Feast stand out as a strong roster of passive abilities that may be put to good use. When an enemy is defeated, there is a 10% chance that they will drop an item that has been stolen.
This makes the AER one of the most desirable items since it is incredibly beneficial for farming with a unit that does not steal, particularly for beginners who do not yet have a unit that steals.
One of the best arks for player versus player combat due to the unparalleled value of its initial ten seconds of Flinch resistance. This Ark is essential if you want to succeed in the arena. As a result, it will be placed in the S tier.
HP | 2368 |
Shield | 290 |

Secret of Mana
Ark of the SSR Limited, a product of the SoM collaboration (2019). Because there are so many different types of buffs available to us these days, passives are an excellent choice for increasing physical attacks. The most difficult challenge of the second section is determining the gender of the “Other” unit.
Notable learnable such as Dash and Power Counter are each excellent in their own right and are worth mentioning. A very specialized but valuable piece of equipment, the AER is a sword that increases the amount of physical damage dealt against God-type bosses.
Because of the boost to physical attacks, there is some potential for use in PvP situations. As a result, it will be placed in the S tier.
HP | 2455 |
Shield | 243 |
Damage | +5% |
Speed | +25% |
March of the Saints
SSR Permanent ark. Passives provide the unit with an Immovable Object whenever a healing spell is cast on it and a +2 resistance to silence, which is helpful for support but isn’t overpowering. Learnable is where this Ark shines, with a three-point increase in MP and a cure.
They are all excellent, but Goddess Kiss is the crown jewel. GK is used with PDPS to regain MP with regular attacks, which can then be used to cast SCT-restoring spells for their damage potential.
This can be an excellent synergistic passive when it is used correctly. The AER is relatively unremarkable, yet it is a reliable statistical tool. PvP-relevant if you require assistance with healing support and want to avoid being interrupted while doing so.
If you’re low on MP at any moment, you can put your Ark Skill to good use by using it to restore 100 MP and provide a significant amount of healing. As a result, it will be placed in the S tier of the Last Cloudia Ark Tier List 2023.
HP | 1479 |
Shield | 233 |
Damage | +50% |
Speed | +2% |
Final Fantasy Adventure
Ark of the SSR Limited, a product of the SoM collaboration (2019). The passive voice is unremarkable in its lack of complexity. Honey Elixir is God Tier in terms of effective SCT-generating spells in this game, and Learnables is where this Ark earns its reputation as a beautiful piece of equipment.
Both Monkey Baby and Gemma Knight are, in their own right, excellent performers as well. The AER isn’t all that great, but it provides buffs when you’re dying. This ability can be helpful in PvP because it increases your skill damage by 30% and permanently reduces incoming damage by 10%. As a result, it will be placed at the bottom of the S tier.
HP | 1808 |
Shield | 191 |
Damage | +30% |
Speed | +12% |
A Tier
The A-rank Arks are still cutting-edge equipment. After the S tier, the A tier is the lowest tier available. Although not as cutting-edge as the Arls in the S category, they are high-quality wines. If your Ark is top-tier in PvE, you should aim for the A-tier.
Vell=De=Org
SSR Permanent ark. This is not a very powerful ark for most of its uses, but it has excellent passives for a support unit, especially with relatively brief debuffs. That +50% increase to the length of buffs is enormous. Learnable is acceptable; Ice High Boost and Phase Change (for INT-based regular assaults) are two examples of skills that some units may find helpful.
The AER is the crown jewel of this set; it grants Caltia a 2% MP regen every six seconds, which is something that no other piece of equipment can do. Not PvP related. As a result, it will be placed at the top of the A tier.
HP | 1920 |
Shield | 261 |
Damage | +50% |
Speed | +20% |
Having this Ark is essential if you want to succeed in the arena.
HP | 2368 |
Shield | 290 |
Damage | +35% |

Abandoned City of the Sea
SSR Permanent ark. Passives are extremely useful for quickly gaining SCT at the beginning of a wave and dealing significant damage when mana is running low. Learnable is practically nothing to write home about; skills like Skill Stock, Fast Ice Wall, and Silence Nil can all be put to good use.
The AER is not particularly good; anything that gives up disease resistance in exchange for another benefit is not worthwhile. One of the best arks for use in PvP due to its high initial SCT gain, high physical damage boost at cheap MP cost, and ability to cancel out the effects of most STR debuffs. As a result, it will be placed in the A tier.
HP | 2024 |

HP | 1479 |

Phoenix Blow
SSR Permanent ark. Not only are passives useful for physically attacking opponents, but also for breaking them! The combination of +100% Break and 25% skill damage makes it particularly useful for various PDPs.
The opportunity to fill up a unique gauge when an adversary is vanquished might also be valuable. Learnable is given a good rating because it is simple to utilize Fast Brave and the availability of Blind Nil and Flame High Boost.
The outstanding talent to use in this situation is Awaken since it heals you almost to the point of death and significantly improves several of your stats. Because it increases skill damage by +15%, the AER is a handy item. It can be helpful in PvP due purely to the damage dealt by the skill.
HP | 2496 |
Shield | 252 |
Damage | 100% |
Speed | +25% |
The Sword of Corpses
SSR Permanent ark. These passives not only provide an excellent +2 resistance to curses but are also tailored toward using swords. If you aren’t capping, getting an STR increase from killing foes might be very beneficial.
Learnable is excellent in this area; Attack Up 3, Advanced Aim Vitals, and Sword High Boost (the gem) are all highly useful in the game being played right now. We all agree that the AER is a worthless waste.
The STR for MND tradeoff is not even close to being worthwhile, and we all hope that one day we will be able to dump it into the Godforge to create something genuinely worthwhile. PvP-relevant not only due to the resistance of +2 to curses but due to the ability to snowball damage if you keep killing adversaries. As a result, it will be placed at the bottom of the A tier.
HP | 2830 |
Shield | 285 |
Damage | +30% |
Speed | +4% |
B Tier
Arks in the B tier are competent Arks that can be well balanced in PVP and passable in PVE. Despite being inferior to A-tier Arks in raw power, B-tier Arks continue to be desirable.
Heaven’s Bow Star-Lord
SSR Permanent ark. These passives are fantastic for crit-based physical attackers because they provide a +10 percent increase in critical strike chance.
At the same time, a bow is equipped, a +25% increase in defense against weaknesses (killer/slayer and elemental), and pursuits on all critical hits from physical attacks. Because it pursues critical physical hits, this Ark, along with the Icy Guardian, has one of the highest potential damage outputs in the game.
Learnable is particularly potent in this area because Magleon, Bird Slayer, and Bow Equip may all be put to good use. The AER has a lot of untapped potential, particularly for light and earth-based skill attackers, because it has a lot in common with the Ark and works well with it. It can be helpful for PvP, like Icy, if you intend to deal with a very high amount of critical damage. As a result, it will be placed at the top of the B tier.
HP | 2056 |
Shield | 199 |
Damage | +25% |
Speed | +10% |
Elemental Ark
SSR Permanent ark. It is particularly true for Fire/Ice/Earth/Thunder (FIET) magic that passives work wonderfully in conjunction with resistance to magic damage.
The ability to circumvent the overall resistance is something we have only seen a few times in the past. It has only been accomplished using magic by Emilia and SZekus. Therefore, these passives are highly useful for stuff that requires resistance! An excellent bonus is the damage cap.
In terms of learnable, Spirit [Mimicry] is a valuable skill for Tours. At the same time, Elemental Boost and Drive are not overly expensive in terms of SC and can be utilized by multi-element troops.
Excellent HP and MP, as well as significant enhancements to the ability to withstand Elemental (FIET) attacks; AER is fantastic. Not PvP related.
HP | 2314 |
Shield | 87 |
Damage | +500% |
Speed | +180% |
Terror of the Grana Seas
SSR Permanent ark. Passives are incredibly beneficial for physical attackers and, more specifically, Breakers. The benefit of a +120% Break is maximized for units that break. In addition, its natural impact is piercing, granting an additional 40% STR right at the start of the fight. Learnable is incredibly beneficial in this area; passive abilities such as Breaker, Surprise Attack, Skill Charge 1, Terror Melth, Creature Slayer, and Axe High Boost can all be put to excellent use.
Since it is only an STR stat stick ax, the AER is not particularly impressive. This can be useful in PvP if you do not have many other arks hitting you.
HP | 2664 |
Shield | 299 |
Damage | +50% |
Speed | +12% |
Stardust Live
SSR Permanent ark. Passives are designed to increase the duration of buffs, add one point to all skill stocks (which may be entertaining for PDPS), and give an additional two points of illness resistance (sometimes useful). Stock Skill 2: Heat Live and Clothes High Boost is the only learnable that is worth mentioning because it has the potential to be useful in certain situations.
The AER can be helpful in situations where you are likely to receive debuffs, such as the arena; nevertheless, it will not prevent all stat debuffs from occurring. Not PvP related.
HP | 2432 |
Shield | 216 |
Damage | +35% |
Speed | +10% |
Divine Beast, Loug Mekia
SSR Permanent ark. Your initial magic damage is increased by using passives, and if you are a God type, you also experience faster MP recovery. Passives are used mainly by magic attackers. The ability of all attribute magic (but not neutral magic) to critically strike is the most attractive feature of the passive and is especially useful for rainbow mages.
The learnable Mimicry (God), Magic Up 3, and Reinforce are of particular note. The AER is a good stat stick in modern times because it possesses good STR/INT and MP and is neutral regarding the damage it deals with during regular attacks. Not PvP related. As a result, it will be placed in the B tier of the Last Cloudia Ark Ether Tier List.
HP | 1866 |
Shield | 247 |
Damage | +20% |
Speed | +12% |
Blaze Garden
SSR Permanent ark. When constructed correctly, passives can provide a sizeable increase to a character’s resistance to damage as well as their health. Additionally removes the effects of being frozen, a condition ailment of Tier 2 that certain bosses can cause. The existence of Machine Equip, which is required for many elemental attackers due to Trishula, contributes to the significant number of Learnable.
Machine Slayer is another valuable ability to possess. The AER is of a low rank, and it is one of the SSR AERs that is most disappointing. Because of the increased mass that can be given to a unit, there is some potential for use in PvP.

Bolt-Bearer’s Ascent
Permanent SSR Ark., The passive abilities on the Ark are mighty. They are beneficial for physical attackers who rely on thunder. And they also strengthen the user’s defenses after using an ultimate ability. It’s nice to note that the cap has been raised on SW units. This is the first change of its sort and applies to all qualities. All of the learnable on this Ark can be used, which is something that hasn’t happened in a very long time.
Some general instrumental skills, in addition to the Chivalrous Mindset ability for the first time. AER is a good choice for your SW units because it increases their physical damage and movement speed.
It is undeniably one of the better options available for your SW units. Not PvP related.

Aldana Institute of Magic
SSR Permanent ark. Passives offer the highest possible damage increase (40%) that we have not yet seen on an ark (easily workable with Sorcerer Mimicry) when it comes to magical damage that may be dealt to any element.
It’s also not wrong that you gain INT with every kill you make. These passives earn a score that is very close to perfect. Regarding learnable skills, Fast Recast on a permanent ark is incredible. It grants a +30% increase in cast speed at the beginning of combat.
This is incredibly helpful for many casters who do not already have this ability, regardless of whether they are attacking, supporting, or healing. It was previously only available on a UR, so it’s great to see that they added it here.
Currently, Arcane Up is the only game of its sort. AER is beneficial, as it increases magical damage by 15% for each of the staff’s four base elements, but not for light or dark. Not PvP related.
HP | 2947 |
Shield | 52 |
Damage | +30% |

C Tier
Although not as highly regarded as the B tier, the C tier is nonetheless accorded considerable weight. There is just one tier between these six Arks and they have a relatively low significance in the game.
Maylymare
Ark with a limited UR. A wonderful ark for a variety of reasons. Super reliable passives, with a significant damage boost that applies to ALL damage at 100 or higher. ALL damage caps receive a +4000 buff when dealing with foes affected by a condition.
Learnable is incredible, primarily because they grant access to Terror Melth 3, which is HUGE for increasing one’s damage cap. AER is excellent; it reduces the amount of damage taken by 10% and increases damage taken by 15% against ailments.
It doesn’t matter for PvP. The Ark skill is unique in that it always grants Blindness regardless of the level, but at higher levels, it can also grant Illness or Curse. All are guaranteed at ark skill 10.
Incredible for instantly inflicting at least one condition on an enemy, so enabling all of your units that obtain boosts versus afflicted foes.
HP | 2548 |
Shield | 200 |
Damage | +40% |

Sky Fortress Solaris
Ark with a limited UR. Passives are incredibly beneficial for a thunder attacker because they increase damage and place a cap on that damage. The ability to take 50% less damage for the first 20 seconds of burst combat is quite helpful.
The number of skills that can be learned is easily 10, and it has a remarkable machine High Boost ability. That boosts everyone wearing Trishula (the top AER for elemental physical attackers).
The AER can be utilized, but other choices are superior. This reduction in damage of 50% for the first 20 seconds is significant to the player against player combat. The Ark Skill is an excellent tool for reducing the amount of physical damage dealt to a party, as at level 1, it reduces damage by 25%, and at level 10, it reduces damage by 50% for 40 seconds.
HP | 2249 |
Shield | 362 |
Damage | +50% |

Four Lords of Ruin
SSR Permanent ark. Several useful passives are connected to having full God parties and armor equipped simultaneously. Damage dealt to foes is increased when they have less health. Learnable talents are helpful; Berserker is one of the more generally useable passives that deal physical damage. And it comes with both Ardor and Attack Up four options.
The AER is little to write about; nonetheless, it helps reduce the amount of physical light damage taken and grants God increased SCT speed. If you’re wearing armor, there’s still a risk that you’ll take -50% damage from this ability, but it can be helpful in PvP if you’re willing to assemble an entire God team. As a result, it will be placed in the C tier.
HP | 3190 |
Shield | 257 |
Damage | +50% |

Killing Machines
SSR Permanent ark. It delivers an excellent +15% STR boost and a physical damage boost if the enemy’s unit shares the same typing as your unit. Passives work well with physical attackers since they give an astounding +15% STR boost. Enhancing particular concerning the number of talent stocks you currently possess is a welcome addition.
Learnable is pretty solid, with Ultimate Boost 2 and Stock Skill 1 as valuable options. It is possible to use AER to increase one’s STR. But the increase in physical attacks is not as beneficial because it is situational. Relevant for use in PvP as an acceptable ark for physical attacks.
HP | 2734 |
Shield | 274 |
Damage | +50% |
Speed | +12% |
Unchained Beast
SSR Permanent ark. Passives are pretty powerful for physical attackers, and they also grant boosts when status illnesses are removed from the player’s character. Learnable provides access to various valuable abilities, such as Stun Resist, Skill Charge 2, Sniper Slayer, and Spear High Boost, all in a single location.
It is possible to use the AER because it is one of the few means many characters have to get through their elemental resistance. Increases in physical attack increase while cleansing and a chance for magical unflinching are beneficial ways to fight against the ailment meta. This is something that matters in PvP.

The Light of Science
Ark of the SSR Limited, a collaboration with Dr. Stone (2020). The risk that INT-based troops face from being struck by critical hits is significantly reduced because of the effects of passives. It is beautiful to have a boost to Science spells and for their costs to be reduced.
It’s a plus that using any magic heals everyone on the squad for a bit of health. In terms of the talents that may be learned, the true GEM of this set is Glass Record, which not only heals for medium but also grants +10 SCT to the entire party (and +13 SCT when paired with Spirit Breath).
The AER is one of the most desirable things in the game since it can transform INT-based units into physical attacking powerhouses and is one of the most sought-after items.
Useful in Player versus Player combat due to the decreased chance to critically hit, increased cast speed, and decreased mana cost of Science spells.

D Tier
You may argue these Arks are the least significant, and the current meta considers D-tier Arks to be the game’s weakest. After revealing the bottommost level, I’ve realized a few things.
Aldanian Warriors
R Permanent ark. Passives provide men with a beneficial increase in their Health Points (HP), but the primary reason you would employ this is to boost Faint damage, which is not seen on any other ark. Learnable is advantageous because HP Up 1, Max, Fury, and Head Bash are all located on the same R ark.
The AER is not particularly exciting. On a unit with Strong Break/Faint values on their skills, this item is very usable in PvP. If you are going for the Head Bash+Aldanian Warriors, Faint starts with some boosted Faint weaponry.
HP | 1893 |
Shield | 176 |

Moonlit Murder
R Permanent ark. It is one of the most potent R arks because it significantly increases physical damage dealt to blinded foes and gives a chance (0.1%) for each physical strike to kill a boss instantly.
The available learnable talents are pretty incredible in this Ark; the fact that Backstab, Flying Shadow, Crit Up 2, and Special Boost are all in the same Ark is fantastic. AER can be used and provides a +1 Speed bonus as well as an 8% chance to avoid taking damage from physical assaults. Not PvP related. As a result, it will be placed in the D tier.

Beast Hunter
SR Permanent Ark. is The go-to option for most veteran players, with a level 10 Beast Hunter ark skill when it comes to stealing. As for the passives aren’t too bad for an SR, considering they can enhance your damage and critical strike rate against certain foes.
Learnable is relatively handy; Pride, Surprise Attack, Claw Equip, Beast Slayer, and Crit Up 3 are all beneficial in their own right. The AER by itself is nothing spectacular, but it is required to produce a great bow using a Godforge formula.
Not PvP related. As was said earlier, the Ark Skill is why this Ark is so highly sought after. Level 10 of the Ark Skill grants the ability to steal from every foe present on the current battlefield. Due to this single factor, this Ark is widely considered among the most beneficial in the game.

Flaming Hero
SR Permanent Ark. Passives provide an additional flat +25% damage increase to Fire attacks and an additional +20% damage boost to regular attacks. The break does not affect special attacks, making it a somewhat useless ability. Additionally, the term “solo” refers to the entirety of the party dying to improve those numbers.
Not simply the person who is currently alone at the party. Pose of Victory, Crit Up 2, Double Impact, Plant Slayer, and Fire Attack Raise are all fantastic learnable, and the fact that they are all available to an SR is fantastic as well. The AER is not particularly exciting. It doesn’t matter for PvP.

Stone World
SR Limited ark, a product of Dr. Stone’s and SR’s collaboration (2020). Passives offer some degree of protection against ailments and function effectively against physical assaults. Passives also provide some form of damage reduction. Learnable is pretty good in this location; Shiny Monkey, After 3700 Years, Miracle Fluid, and Stone World are all very usable in their contexts and settings.
The AER is rather useful; equipping it on your unit can make it resistant to fainting, eliminating many frustrating aspects of boss battles. It can very well be necessary for player versus player.

Pirate Ship Legnis
Submarine-Sized, Permanent Ark (SSR). Passives are lovely for providing group buffs; gaining Flinch resistance for 10 seconds, and an additional 15 SCT after Wave 1 for the whole party is fantastic.
Breaker, Axe Equip, Fish Slayer, and Pirate’s Feast are notable learnable since they are good lineups of passives that are useful in combat. The AER is highly sought after since it increases the likelihood that a defeated opponent will drop a stolen item by 10%.
Making it ideal for farming with a non-stealing unit. Particularly early in the game when you haven’t yet accumulated a thieving unit. One of the greatest Arks for PvP due to the incredible value of the first ten seconds of Flinch resistance, which is almost essential for success in the arena.

Ancient Weapon Lougahn
SSR Permanent ark. Passives that are highly specialized to take as minor damage as possible are incredibly helpful since they increase DEF and MND. Reduce the number of critical hits, and mitigate boss damage.
One of the most effective defensive arks currently available in the game. Learnable is not a problem; defensive builds may make good use of Heal Guard, God Shield, and Celestial Mass, among other learnable.
With a bonus defense of 10% against monster waves. The AER is one of the most effective defensive accessories in the game. Extremely useful in PvP if you want to use a Tank to absorb part of the damage your team takes or if you want to give one unit an enormous amount of bulk. As a result, it will be placed at the bottom of the D tier.
