Diego Luna Might Be Potentially Casted in Fantastic Four

The Fantastic Four, one of the MCU’s most loved and celebrated families, finally make it to the big screens. Based on the Marvel comic book by Stan Lee, Matt Shakman, the director, and Jeff Kaplan & Springer, the writers, have their fans excited and overwhelmed with the rebooted version.

Having produced every Marvel  Cinematic Universe film since Iron Man, American film producer Kevin Feige has reported Fantastic Four reboot is in development. It will be part of the MCU alongside other sequels, which include: Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3, The Marvels, and reboots of Blade and X-Men.

If you are unaware of the dynamics of this exciting film, we’ll give a summary. Inspired by  Stan Lee’s comic book,  the story of Fantastic Four revolves around four friends who gain superpowers after being exposed to a cloud of cosmic radiations. They should harness their abilities and work in harmony to fight off a common evil to save the Earth.

Reed Richards, the main lead, can stretch his body like elastic. Ben Grimms has become a man made out of rock. Sue Storm has the superpower of becoming invisible, and Johnny Storm is now the human torch.

Nobody knew that the fan art would take the form of reality until Krasinki’s cameo in Doctor Strange 2. 

After his alternate-universe Reed Richards role in Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, MCU fans have been campaigning for John Krasinski and Emily Blunt to be the official Reed Richards and Sue Storm in the MCU since the couple shares a strong bond in real life too. 

Diego Luna Might Be the Potential Reed Richards

Fantastic four will undoubtedly be among the most awaited films because it will officially enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe and fans are desperate to see how it turns out on the big screens. There has been no official announcement about the movie’s casting yet, but we know that John Krasinski will not reprise the role in the main MCU. Kevin Feige has revealed that the movie’s reboot will not be based on the origin story.

A Twitter user CanWeGetSomeToast tweeted about the potential actors being considered to play the role of Reed Richards in Fantastic Four. Some names that have surfaced to play this role include Adam Driver, Timothy Olyphant, Oscar Isaac, and Matt Smith.

Our team at TopTierList spotted a tweet by the same user who posted a gif video of Diego Luna, hinting at Mr. Fantastic in MCU. Known for his roles in various movies, including Elysium, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and The Terminal, Diego has been suggested by many fans on mycast to play the role of Reed Richards. Would Diego be able to keep up the American accent or not is a small thing for now, but fans are happy to see their choice on the big screen.
