In this article, we will be going through the ranking of all fighters in Naruto Storm 4. We will be calling it the Naruto Storm 4 Tier List as fighters will be ranked in five tiers. The list will be consisting of 5 tiers i.e. S tier, A tier, B tier, C tier, and D tier where the S tier is the strongest fighters and the D tier will consist of the weakest fighters as per our analysis. Our ranking list will let players choose the best players and dominate the game.
Naruto Storm 4 is a 2016 fighting game that allows players to select a squad of three fighters from a large roster. Players can switch between fighters during battles and use characters on the field and on the wall to attack opponents.

Itachi Uchiha – Reanimation
The Reanimated Itachi is a character introduced in Season 4 of the game. Naruto Uzumaki – Six Paths Sage Mode (Kurama)
Since first awakening this ability, Naruto has always combined it with the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode. When Naruto first gains access to Hagoromo’s Tsutsuki ability, his eyes are yellow, and they later turn orange as he switches between different chakra modes after the conflict, much like they did before he met Hagoromo.
The mode enhances the user’s physical capabilities beyond Sage Mode and the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode. Naruto’s Jutsu is strengthened by more significant amounts of natural energy as a result of the Sage Mode’s enhanced state. Orochimaru – Sannin Era
Orochimaru is a highly skilled and powerful shinobi, considered one of the strongest to have ever existed. Orochimaru is one of the few individuals who were able to match Hanzō in his prime and was a part of the elite group known as the Sannin. Within his team, he was recognized as a prodigy and the most gifted of his generation, receiving commendations even from Hashirama Senju. After the failed invasion of Konoha, his actions left the village severely weakened and resulted in the death of the Third Hokage. Despite his weakening state, Orochimaru was still highly formidable, able to hold his own against either of his fellow Sannin and even play with a Version 2 Jinchuriki in the anime. He effortlessly defeated an inner member of Kara despite their impressive strength and advanced technology.

He possesses a large amount of powerful chakra, as observed by Akamaru even before he had demonstrated any techniques. His high chakra levels are partly due to being the host of Shukaku, however, even after Shukaku was removed from his body in Part II, there was no significant change in his performance.
During combat, Gaara typically keeps a distance from his opponents and rarely uses hand-to-hand combat. In the anime, he recognizes this as a weakness and trains with Shira to enhance his abilities. Kinshiki Ōtsutsuki views Gaara’s hand-to-hand combat skills as compared to that of Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha and Darui, stating that their proficiency in this style of fighting is “first-rate.”

Ino Yamanaka – Allied Shinobi Forces
Ino Yamanaka Also belongs to Hidden Leaf Village. Her best moves are Flower Bomb and Dancing Petals Flower. Ino performs a 360-degree kick on the opponent, followed by throwing a large number of flowers into the air, creating a cloud-like formation. She then uses her mind transfer Jutsu to take control of the opponent’s body, causing them to jump high and twirl toward the cloud of descending flower bombs.
As the opponent’s body is seen leaping into the air, can be seen admiring the flowers in slow motion while the opponent’s face displays shock. Ino then quickly returns to her own body and leaves the opponent suspended in mid-air before activating the flower bombs, causing a series of explosions that bury the opponent in a shower of falling petals.
