Welcome to the Awaken Chaos Era Tier List, where we will discuss all the Legendary champions you can obtain. There are other rarities of champions like Epic or Elite, but for comprehension, this list will cater only to the highest rarity ones. A key thing to note before we continue is that it will be a very subjective article. The champions in Awaken Chaos perform well, specific to certain situations, making them quite hard to place fairly.
So the champions will be ranked based on usefulness and synergy with the other champions. Due to their same rankings, their utility is quite similar, but some outperform in more situations than others. Furthermore, there is a chance that some Epic or Elite heroes may outperform these champions, so don’t link those champions anywhere below or above these characters.
Key Points
- There are a total of 64 Legendaries ranked in this list.
- They are ranked based on usefulness in most situations and synergy with other characters.
- Among the best of these characters are Brand, Florence, Gangelo, Mytheasia, and Shane.
- The likes of Gubeg, Kasim, Levi, Lydia, and Thor join us in the lower ranks.

S Tier
The first rank of our Awaken Chaos Era Tier List 2023 is the S rank. Here, we will cater to the best characters in the Legendary champion pool in Awaken Chaos. Of course, the ranking is made based on the criteria listed above. These champions will be discussed with their best possible meta builds so you know exactly how to use these characters for optimal use. They are listed as follows.
Brand
The first character on our S Tier is none other than Brand. He is a defense-type champion from the Titan Icelands factions who excels in using his team’s defensive buffs to help them in battles. Furthermore, he can also redirect damage from the enemy team toward him, so he serves as the tank of the team as well. His most used build is the Support build, which prioritizes skills like Speed, Resistance, and Health. Additionally, his best items are from the Dragonscale set. Lastly, he is best paired with champions like Lydia or Thomas for a counter-attack-focused team.

Flarence
Flarence is a support-type champion that uses the power of Fire to apply debuffs on enemy teams and simultaneously heal her team. A cool fact about Flarence is that she was the first fire hero added to the game in May of 2022. She is especially good against bosses because her abilities increase the team’s overall damage while providing enough AoE sustain to ensure they survive the fight. To summarize, getting her a is a massive perk because she makes killing her allies an incredibly difficult task.

Gangelo
Next up is Gangelo, who is one of the strongest offense champions that are currently in the game. He is quite popular for his toxic abilities that inflict seriously serious poison damage. Adding to his kit is that his poison also removes all positive buffs from enemies inflicted by it. This makes him one of the strongest anti-support champions and the most brutal damage champions you can obtain. One thing to be careful of is his health which can be problematic if you have no defense or support characters looking after him in most fights.

Mytheasia
Mytheasia is one of the most popular and strongest support champions in Awaken Chaos Era. She has one of the strongest ultimates in the game that allows her to revive every slain ally. It is particularly because of that that enemies seek to take her out first. In addition to the overpowered revive, she can shield, heal as well as remove all debuffs from ally champions. If you’re looking to grind a lot, you’re better off with an account Re-roll if you don’t obtain her early because her end-game grind support is unparalleled.

Shane
The last S-rank champion on our list is none other than Shane. Shane is a legendary support-type champion that excels in inflicting debuffs on enemies making them more vulnerable to damage taken. His other skills increase his ally’s damage with every attack. Shane’s most powerful ability is, of course, his ultimate, which makes all enemies take 60% more damage from all sources. His kit makes him an excellent support champion which is also his best build at the moment.

A Tier
Next on our Awaken Chaos Era Tier List is the A rank. The champions listed here are great but not perfect, like the ones we discussed above. These champions lack some stat or ability that makes them slightly less powerful than the S Tier ones. That said, the champions listed here are in no way bad. In the right hands, they can easily defeat even the strongest champions in any number of fights. They are listed as follows.
Blackhorn
The first champion of the A tier is Blackhorn. Blackhorn is a support champion that bends water to heal his allies and apply debuffs on the enemy team. He is similar to the supports we have discussed in the S rank but is slightly weaker in the potency of his healing. However, Blackhor has a lot of self-sustainability, allowing him to heal after his every move. Additionally, he is near perfect in all three domains currently available in Awaken Chaos Era, which is Grinding, No Man’s Land, and Arcane Dominator.

Boolin
Boolin is an offense-type champion associated with the Free Cities faction. He is an excellent champion who deals more damage over time thanks to his Induction debuff. He does have a high burst damage right off the bat, making him a lethal opponent in most fights. A unique part of Boolin’s kit is that the more damage he takes, the more he deal, which means that you always have to sacrifice an ally’s health if you want to kill him.

Brand the Brilliant
Similar to Boolin, Brand the Brilliant is a lethal offense champion that can decimate opponents in little to no time. He bends light to unleash pain on even the most resilient foes. One of the most important reasons for his placement in the A tier is his statistics in the three domains of the game. He is perfect for Grinding, Arcane Dominator, and No Man’s Land. All of his active abilities deal with True Damage, a very dangerous tool against tanks and boss fights. If not for his risky playstyle, he would be placed higher up.

Ciara
Continuing our list of Offense champions, let us now discuss Ciara. Ciara is a legendary hero that bends water to deal damage to her foes. She is particularly a unique champion in Awaken Chaos for two main reasons. The more damage you deal to her, the more dangerous she becomes. Secondly, if her foe falls below 50% HP, she performs an abrupt attack that can potentially finish them off quickly. Ciara’s only con is her low speed which you will have to retune if you want to get the best of her kit.

Crazed Urzag
Crazed Uzrag is a legendary hero who uses light as an offensive tool against his enemies. He is a lethal champion to play against because his basic ability makes the target unhealable. Additionally, his other abilities deals increased damage the lower the champion is. To end it all, his ultimate deals 250% damage which is increased by another 100% if the enemy has more bass than 50% hp. If it kills the target, a special bonus ability is cast immediately.

Evelyn Firstdawn
Evelyn Firstdawn is a support hero who uses Light to support her allies in battle. Her basic attack deals a lot of damage and removes one positive buff from the target. Evelyn’s other abilities apply Defense Down which increases the damage the target takes from all sources. A good thing to note is that she is excellent in most parts of the game, especially for Grinding and No Man’s Land.

Evera
Evera is an Offense type hero that is from the Free Cities faction. She uses several abilities to effectively deal a strong burst of damage to a single target and multiple enemies. Her basic ability also applies bleed that deals damage over time. Evera is a very difficult champion to play because you need to play her abilities in the correct order. Additionally, she is dependent on synergies to do promising damage. If you play her correctly, clearing mobs and bosses are a piece of cake.

Halia
Halia is one of the most well-designed and extremely popular Legendary Heroes who use Water to support her team. She is a pretty unique champion because of her Ocean Lights buff. It allows the champions to deal increased damage based on the speed difference between the caster and the target. It works extremely well with her ultimate, which deals 150% damage and reduces the target’s speed, allowing her allies to do even more damage than they did before.

Hydrissea
Hydrissea is a legendary offense hero that specializes in water damage. She is not the best alone when it comes to Grinding or going through the Arcane, but with the right heroes, she becomes a power not to be messed with. Her trait gives her bonus damage which is then paired with her other abilities that apply Armor down. The cascading chain of effects is lethal for anyone caught by it. If you are a fan of AoE damage paired with good synergies, you should try her out in your next game.

Rachel
Rachel is an offensive Hero that relies on her self buffs to deal increased base damage in both single target and AoE manner. Like most offense-type champions, her abilities also apply armor down for several turns, allowing her enemies to take increased damage from all sources. You do have to watch out for her ultimate, which deals 220% damage to a single enemy and then boosts her allies’ attack. This is then followed by Spiked Restoration, which slowly heals her and also applies Attack Up II to herself.

Opal
Opal is also an offensive hero from the Free Cities, using water to deal precise and lethal damage. Her damage is mostly based on her trait, which depends on Rage. Opal’s basic attack deals 200% damage and grants 1 Rage stack. It also removes one random debuff from her as well. A cool thing about Opal is that her passive restricts her from taking more than 51% of her health as damage from one attack allowing her always to survive attacks that would otherwise one-shot her.

Valeria is one of the few Fire-type offensive heroes currently existing as legendary champions. Her kit is quite strong because it gives her a lot of sustain, debuffs for her enemies, and bonus damage. Each death of an enemy procs her trait that reduces her cooldowns by one turn. Lastly, her ultimate takes 20% of her hp to deal 180% damage to enemies. For enemies killed with it, Valeria gains an additional turn immediately.

Yolanda
Finally, Yolanda is the last champion of the A tier. She is a legendary support hero who excels at shielding and buffing her allies to help them get the edge in most fights. Her trait allows her to give a bonus turn to whichever ally has the lowest hp, which is often critical to the result of the battle. Furthermore, her ultimate grants her allies shields for three turns that scale with missing HP. Additionally, the shield greatly increases the crit resistance to ensure maximum vitality.

B Tier
The B rank of our Awaken Chaos Era Tier List 2023 will cater to the average Legadnry Heroes of the current meta. They are necessarily bad but don’t perform best in most situations. They also don’t have a lot of good synergy options to really do some significant damage to the enemy team. However, it is the most populated one, so there is a chance that you may be able to fish out some team that dominates all its competition.
Aphronieo
Aphronieo is an Offense Water-type champion that focuses on Rage and Lifesteal mechanics. A key part of her kit comes from her crit damage. Furthermore, her ultimate deals 260% damage to a single target, which is brutal. She also gains armor pierce, which deals additional damage but nothing too extraordinary, so she is in the B Tier.

Urion is also an Offense Hero that bends the power of light to his advantage. He is not the most optimal hero for grinding or other domains, but he can be good in the right situations. Doomweaver Valeria
Doomweaver Valeria is a popular Dark-type offense champion because of how deadly her damage can be in the right team. However, she does lack a fair bit of utility compared to the higher-tier offense champions, which is why she is listed here. She can stun, ignore defense and, most importantly, deal an insane AoE damage that heals her simultaneously.

Eren
Some of the Attack on Titan fans will recognize Eren, and rightfully so, because he is the same. However, in Awaken Choas, he is a Water-type offensive champion that unfortunately fails to do as well as some of the other offense champions. He does have a unique special ability that gives the same number of positive buffs as his target’s debuffs. His ultimate is quite lethal because not only does it have a lot of base damage on its own, It performs a joint attack that allows each ally to strike the target.

Barclay does struggle to find good team compositions, which do make him quite an unpopular champion.

Despite being an AOT champion, Levi is one of the worst Legendary champions because his unique ability lowers the max hp on enemies. He can be good in some situations, but so far, it just seems like a better option to opt for higher-damage champions than him if you want to progress efficiently.

Lydia
Lydia is a water-type offense champion that deals quite a bit of damage, but the problem lies in her status effects and traits. While she does provide a good mix of abilities, unfortunately, a lot of champions do it better and faster.

Thor
The last hero is Thor. Despite having the status of God, he is quite a poor offense champion that uses Water out of all things as his main source of damage. He does have potential, but because his abilities are so poor, little to no use comes out of him in most scenarios.
