LOONEY TUNES
It would be best if you were amazed that while preparing this tier list, our professional writers were discussing their childhood when they used to watch Looney Tunes. At that moment, everyone was sharing different experiences. Many of the good old memories are associated with this cartoon. This is one of the reasons we have ranked it on the S-tier of the cartoon network tier list.
There are many characters present in this show, and every character is unique and entertaining in its way. The way granny takes care of all the characters is so loveable. MICKEY MOUSE
Mickey Mouse is the creation of Walt Disney and one of the famous cartoons. Not only recognized but also a piece of art that deserves to be ranked on the S-Tier. It was probably the first cartoon to use sound and music, so it is considered a trendsetter for other cartoons. The comics created before Mickey Mouse did not consist of any sound, so after mickey, other cartoons started using sounds in it.
The character of Mickey is distinguishable compared to other cartoons on the list. It is unique likewise as well as personality-wise. It is opposite to Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, especially in terms of success. It is a very great replacement for the unlucky rabbit (ironically).

PHINEAS AND FERB
Phineas and Ferb is a story of two stepbrothers on which this cartoon is named. They both are very intelligent and spend their holidays making innovative and great inventions. This cartoon is ranked on the A-Tier of our cartoon network tier list because children can learn a lot through this cartoon.
Usually, children spend their holidays playing games, traveling, and watching cartoons. These are old trends of spending holidays, but the good thing about this cartoon TV show is that it teaches the children other ways of spending holidays. It teaches that you can utilize your holidays in doing something creative and making some remarkable inventions.
This is our suggestion to all parents out there, they must make their children watch one of the most popular cartoons Phineas and Ferb.

THE FAIRLY ODDPARENTS
The Fairly Oddparents is a remarkable and indelible childhood cartoon. It is an addictive cartoon comedy show that one must watch to entertain himself. It is loved by most of the kids mostly because of the loving characters named Timmy and his godparents, Cosmo and Wanda.
We have ranked it on the A-Tier of cartoon network tier list because along with some of the top episodes, there are some of them that are extremely annoying. Otherwise, it is a good cartoon series. In this show the grandchild Timmy makes wishes to Cosmo and Wanda, and in the whole episode, he tries to figure out why his wish is not working out.
The people and kids who are more into funny series and boys’ fantasy will love this show a lot. So, watching The fairly OddParents is strongly recommended to these people.

AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER
Michael Dante DeMartino and Bryan Koneitzko are the creators of this cartoon television series. While the head writer is Aaron Ehasz. The reason for ranking it on the A-Tier is that this cartoon has consistently improved with every coming season, which is great.
The Earth Kingdom, The Water Tribes, The Fire Nation, and The Air Nomads are four different nations where Avatar: The Last Airbender takes place. Benders are the people in each nation who have control over the elements. Among these people is a person who has control over all the elements.
This cartoon started with the disappearance of the avatar a hundred years ago. The problem started with the attack of the Fire Nation. Katara and Soka; the characters of this show discovered Aang a 12-year boy who was stuck in the iceberg for 100 years. He knows air bending.
The story of this cartoon TV show revolves around the learning of Aang, and how he put his efforts into defeating the fire nation. Aang learned all of the four elements so that he could win against the fire Lord and save the world by reviving its balance.

THE LEGEND OF KORRA
Another good piece of art is The Legend Of Korra, which many kids, as well as adults, watch. This show follows the journey of the avatar where he has learned all the four elements, and now he is completely ready to face the new dangers.
As far as Avatar: The Last Airbender is concerned, everybody knows that this was a big hit, so why will THe Legend of Korra not be loved by its audience? The action scenes in this show were exceptionally amazing, and the different character of diverse natures was so adorable and inspirational.
These are some of the reasons to rank this show on the A-Tier.

Are you wondering which cartoons must be on the B-tier list? Our rankings will help you know which cartoons deserve to be in this tier and why. We will be ranking those cartoons in this tier that are entertaining and likable but cannot compete with the cartoons ranked on the S-tier and A-tier. Following are our subjective rankings.
POKEMON
Who is not aware of the cute little yellow character “Pikachu”? It was a very good cartoon that kids liked to watch after school. It is proof that this cartoon was loved by the children and is popular as games are produced on it.
The teddy-like Pikachu is so adorable that kids frequently buy its toys and merchandise. The other characters of this show are Ash Ketchum, Misty, Lance, Eusine, Dawn, Palace Maven Spenser, Morty, Factory Head Noland, Dome Ace Tucker, Brock, May, Diantha, Drasna, Pike Queen Lucy, Serena, Wally, Ethan, Hilda, Kiawe, Flannery, Clemont, Sailon Maden Anabel, Cilan, Lucas, Gary Oak, Professor Samuel Oak, and others.

DEXTER’S LABORATORY
Everyone who has a sibling of the opposite gender knows and has experienced that how is the relationship between a brother and sister. It is kind of a different cartoon that is ranked on the B-Tier of cartoon network tier list. An actual relationship between siblings is portrayed in this cartoon. Dexter is an intelligent guy who is always busy with his innovations but he is annoyed by his elder sister Dee Dee.
At the end of the day, Dexter’s mastermind always succeeds in inventing some kind of the machine and fails the intentions of his sister.
This show is ranked on the B-Tier because its humor was difficult to understand for kids as compared to adults. Otherwise, It was a good cartoon that enhanced the thinking ability of the children.
Creator | Genndy Tartakovsky |
First Episode | April 27, 1996 |
THE POWERPUFF GIRLS
Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice! Yes, Powerpuff girls are something nice for kids that is why it is ranked on the B-tier of cartoon network tier list. The pretty and attractive girls named as Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup made a good memory of our childhood.
Mostly, cartoons and other entertainment media productions were based on the plot in which there are male superheroes, but even in that era, this show portrayed female superheroines who were always there to save Townsville. Mayor can always look up to them whenever the situation in his town started to worsen.
These little girls put effort and fight against gigantic and destructive monsters, and always ended up winning against them. It is a good show to entertain yourselves and your child. There is some comedy, action, and adventure.
The main character of The Powerpuff Girls is Professor, Bubbles, Buttercup, and Blossom. Other supporting characters are Mojo Jojo (the main villain), Ms. Sara Bellum, Fuzzy Lumpkins, Princess Morbucks, Miss Keane, Mitch Mitchelson, The Boogie Man, Captin Crack McGraigen, Mask Scara, Lil Arturo, Abracadaver, Angry Guy, Mike Believe, and others left are also very interesting.

COURAGE THE COWARDLY DOG
This show ranked on the cartoon network B-tier list is very funny. It refreshes your mood as every episode is funny and creative. The main characters of this show are courage, Eustace Bagge, Muriel Bagge, and other characters are some scary monsters.
The personality of courage is totally opposite to his name because this dog does not have a single drop of courage within himself. He is very coward, but his fate and luck are good that he manages to escape the situation.

SAZAE-SAN
Now let us come to the longest-running cartoon Sazae San. We are going to rank this show on the B-tier of our cartoon tier list. Your complete family can enjoy this show altogether. It is a good entertaining package for all the people in the house. We have not ranked it on S and A tiers because most Japanese families enjoy this show, and other than that there is a minority who enjoy this show.
But, the fact that resisted us to rank this cartoon on C and D tiers is that adults also enjoy this show along with kids in their homes. It is a manga-based cartoon, the successful female manga on which it is based was written by Machiko Hasegawa.
The name of this cartoon series was also written in the Guinness world record for the longest-running cartoon in the world. This cartoon show is completely based on family life, how they all live with each other, and their values and behaviors.
The protagonist of this show is Sazae Fuguta, a 24-years old lady. He lives with his family, and in her family are his parent and her siblings; one brother and one sister, 11 and 9 years old respectively. Sazae is married and also has a 3-years old son. The family also owns a cat. They all live under one roof.
This is not ranked in S and A tiers because initially, it was indulged in controversy for spreading the feminist message. Other than that, it is a good cartoon TV show to watch.

C TIER
The cartoons that are a bit entertaining but not a treat to watch will be ranked on the C-tier of our cartoon tier list. The majority of the kids enjoy those cartoons categorized on the above tiers. The comics organized in this tier are optional or for time pass. One will watch these cartoons only if they have nothing to watch. Otherwise, these are not preferable.
FAMILY GUY
As discussed above, Sazae-San is the longest-running cartoon in the world. The creators of family guy also gave its episodes for a very long time, so it is considered one of the longest-running cartoons. We have ranked this cartoon in the C-Tier of our cartoon tier list because this is only according to adults’ taste. Kids are not attracted to this cartoon because they have a far different choice than adults.
The creator and developer of this show are MacFarlane. The main characters of this show are Peter, the Father, and the Mother named Lois, who is very stubborn. Once she sticks to her decision, it is impossible to make her change the way she thinks; their very weird daughter, intelligent son Stewie, and there is also a pet dog in the Griffin family, they call Brain.
Creator | Seth MacFarlane |
First Episode | January 31, 1999 |
COW AND CHICKEN
The Cow and chicken show aired on cartoon network is ranked on the C-Tier of our cartoon network tier list because it was a very entertaining cartoon. Still, it was later banned because of giving some inappropriate hints that are not good for your children to know this early. These types of thoughts may be destructive for a child.
The titles of the episodes are also very problematic and inappropriate. The only reason to rank it in this tier is that it is a bit entertaining; otherwise, if we look into the fact that the cow in the show was always insulted because of his looks. This leaves a bad impact on the children because we teach them that looks do not matter and racism should not be supported, but the opposite lesson is spread in this show.
The main characters of this show are the cow and chicken. Other characters are dad, mom, weenie dog, Earl, Flem, and I.E. Weasel.
Creator | David Feiss |
First Episode | July 15, 1997 |
THE GRIM ADVENTURES OF BILLY AND MANDY
The Grim Adventures of Billy And Mandy is ranked in this tier because it is a very simple and easy-to-understand show for kids. This cartoon show is funny and a little bit scary at the same time. Thus, the show consists of dark humor and is fun to watch but cannot be given the first priority because there are many better options on the list.
Creator | Adam Maxwell Burton |
First Episode | November 9, 2007 |
CODENAME: KIDS NEXT DOOR
This cartoon is based on the actions of some kids who are the main characters of this show named Kuki Sanban, Numbuh Five, Nigel (Numbuh 1), Wallabee Beetles, and Mushi Sanaban, and Fanni Fulbright. On one side it is a good entertaining show but at the same time, it gives a very bad lesson to the children which is to fight with each other (with your friends or siblings) that is why we have to rank it on the C-Tier of our cartoon network tier list.
When we notice a lot of violence in this show, the good traits are automatically ignored. If a child has strong beliefs, then it is okay to watch Kids Next Door, but if he or she is quickly inspired by others’ actions and cannot differentiate between right and wrong, it is very risky for that type of child to watch this show.
Creator | Mr. Warburton |
First Episode | December 6, 2002 |
ED, EDD, AND EDDY
The episodes of this show were aired for half an hour, and that time was a good fun time. But, again, there is violence shown in this cartoon TV show which leaves a harmful impact on the minds of kids. Also, it becomes annoying sometimes because the dumbest things start to happen in it that the viewer will start to find it boring.
Ed, Ed, and Eddy are this cartoon’s main characters, and their names are almost similar. The facts discussed above are why we rank it on the C-Tier of our cartoon tier list.
Creator | Danny Antonucci |
First Episode | January 4, 1999 |
POPEYE THE SAILORMAN
The only good thing about this cartoon is that it tells the power of spinach to the children so that they can develop a sense of liking for this green vegetable. There is nothing very big or interesting to praise about this cartoon TV show.
The main character Popeye, Olive Oyl, and Bluto. Other characters are Wimpy, Swee’Pea, Poopdeck Pappy, and The Sea Hag. Popeye and Bluto are always fighting over Olive, which is not something good to show in a cartoon made for kids.
So, many parents do not want their children to watch this cartoon.
Creator | E. C. Segar |
First Episode | 1933 |
D TIER
Unfortunately, the cartoons mentioned in the D-tier are those that anyone will avoid watching. These are not included in people’s preferences. These are the worst cartoons in the whole tier list. Let us have a look at this tier as well.
JOHNNY BRAVO
If this cartoon were made only for adults, then it would not be fair to rank it on the D-Tier, but keeping this fact in mind that cartoon network is usually watched by children, and showing this type of cartoon to a child is not at all a good option.
Johnny Bravo is a funny and clever man whose aim is to impress other girls and find his love by showing his body. Kids are so innocent that they will like this show because they will not understand what is happening in this cartoon exactly, but as soon as they grow up or a growing child will watch Johnny Bravo, it will not leave a good impact on them.
Creator | Van Partible |
First Episode | March 26, 1995 |
CAILLOU
Caillou is the worst cartoon ever. You should never let your child watch this cartoon type because the main character is very disobedient, stubborn, and cranky. He is a very bad-mannered child, and by viewing him, your child is at risk of being like him, which you will not like for sure.
There are a lot of informative and funny cartoons that your child can watch, so what the point of allowing them to watch the worst ones is? Don’t let them watch it at any cost.
Creator | Hélène Desputeaux; Christine L’Heureux |
First Episode | September 15, 1997 |
TEEN TITANS GO!
There is only the dumbest funny scene in teen titans, which the children do not always like. The pace of the whole cartoon is always the same; there is no suspense, action, or something different in this cartoon. So, one will quickly be bored of this pathetic show.
Creator | Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic |
First Episode | April 23, 2013 |
OSWALD THE LUCKY RABBIT
Instead of watching Oswald, the Lucky Rabbit, one can observe a more interesting and amazing replacement, which is only the most beloved Disney character, Mickey. Even though it was the first Disney cartoon still, Mickey Mouse took it over and ruled the hearts of its viewers. So when a better option is available, why run over the worst option.
