Bloodborne is one of the best action-roleplaying games we have ever had, with only other games from the souls series being a competitor to this game. But for anyone who loves souls games, they definitely love this one too. Since the game came out in 2015, there have been rumours of Bloodborne Remastered coming very soon, but we bet you did not think it was this close.
Souls games were developed by FromSoftware, with the initial game released in 2009, and ever since then, we have had numerous masterpieces like the Dark Souls series, Sekiro, Elden Ring, and of course, Bloodborne. The games have become so popular that they created their own genre known as soulslike.
That enough is evidence of why the souls’ fandom is so huge, and most of them are captivated by the amount of lore in each of the games. You would never be bored as references from one game can be found in many other series’ instalments.
Bloodborne is one of them and follows a very similar concept as others. Initially, you have to make your character, the Hunter, and then choose the many features they will possess, colour, hairstyle, gender, body shape, eyes, and anything else that will make it look like your favourite dark fantasy character.
After that, the player selects his starting class as “Origin”, which is basically what gives your character a simple backstory. However, choosing an Origin does not alter the gameplay or the story.
The latest instalment to the souls series is Elden Ring, and it has almost completely overshadowed the previous games. The biggest reason for that is how the game reached such a massive audience through so many teases, and there were no disappointments either (thankfully not another Cyberpunk 2077).
The other reason for that is how players may feel outdated with the options they have a resolution, and quality-wise with previous games. But worry not, as our beloved leaked Nibel just posted straight-out-of-oven news.

Nibel is a well-known leaker, who has provided the community with countless leaks, many of which have either been confirmed or are in the wait. He recently posted that the Bloodborne Remastered will be coming to PS5 in August 2022, and later on PC in Q2 2023.
He further added that it would come with a wide range of enhancements, including 60FPS, native 4k resolution, and Ray-traced reflections. This project is in the safe hands of Bluepoint Games and Nixxes Software.
This is a huge deal since we can now enjoy a masterpiece of even better quality and re-trace the kind of happiness we felt when we first played it. The game is a favorite for many, and if you are one of them, this might be the perfect time to get your PlayStation 5.
It doesn’t sound like a bad deal when you know they will have many new games from the State of Play this summer, and potentially a PSVR 2 release date, so your PS5 will be supported by many more amazing games.
That’s it from us. You can start planning your all-nighters for this August because we know we will. In the meantime, if you have any questions, do let us know below!
