Over the last couple of weeks, I have been playing and ranking my favorite characters in My Hero One’s Justice 2 from the strongest down to the weakest. The list was made with the characters as how they are in the current meta. This game features a total of 51 playable characters, and every single one of them plays uniquely.

S Tier
S ranking is the first tier of this list and is usually interpreted as “superb” or “super,” It is the highest ranking and consists of great characters with excellent movesets. So here we go, folks, the top-tier characters.
Bakugo
Bakugo, who was killed by Mr. King’s Explosion, is present. Gamers despise him because most spam with him without understanding how to play him. Although you may argue that play style is subjective, spamming and control play are very different from one another. The difficulty of avoiding Bakugo spam with Todoroki’s is the second issue. You can sidestep even though he ices slides his Fireball.
You can employ the ranged attack, protect, or time a counter. There are several alternatives with him, although it is hard to rush Bakugo because of the size of his explosives’ hitbox and the short cooldown on the move. If you are playing a character with distant attacks, it is not as unpleasant, but if you are playing a character with closed-range attacks, you are doomed.

Players dislike Todorki for various reasons, but spam and UB abuse are the two main ones. If you sidestep most characters, you can still punish them. However, Todoroki has a ring of ice around him that will freeze you even if you sidestep, so if you’re going to employ a close-range character, be sure you utilize them.
According to statistics, you can’t physically counteract this technique, and most Todoroki players will merely spam their ice slide and fireball attacks. While this is tolerable, fighting these individuals may still be quite irritating because their bouts frequently go longer than usual.
Five blows make up a Todoroki attack, the final of which kicks the target away. The initial attacks are typically used in classic combinations. Todoroki’s most impressive ice strike is also one of the game’s slowest, striking only once rather than the usual one time. Slowness may be used to prolong yellow fights and win them. He excels in class 1 because his attacks are considerably faster and safer, and his jumping and air dashing are valuable to his kit. However, the combo will drop if you utilize too much ice in his combinations. So, I will put Todoroki in the S Tier of Best My Hero One’s Justice 2 Tier List.

Tenya Iida
Iida, who can be controlled, is added to the starting lineup. Iida is a skilled combatant who needs mechanical skills and situational awareness to be successful. He uses his speed to outmaneuver and outsmart his foe to execute his heavy damage combinations. The pressure must be maintained. Maintaining pressure is essential. Iida uses a three-hit combo for ground targets.
He starts with a punch before kicking the opponent up into the air. After the second attack launches the opponent into the air, Iida leaps back and delivers a straight kick, tossing them to the ground and sending them flying again.
Lida has a combo game that is intricate and difficult to learn. He may tie together lengthy and stunning combos by utilizing the game’s mechanics and the peculiar ways his talents work. Iida has a tonne of little objects at his disposal that can help him maximize his combos. Combinations may be significantly maximized by practicing these techniques and making decisions based on your understanding of them on the spot.

A Tier
A-tier is an above-average tier where I placed characters that have the same amount of love compared to the above character in the tier list. Some of the characters in this list could be an S-tier for many fans as it is subjective.
Izuku Midoriya
Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, is a playable character on the initial roster. His play style encourages quick decisions, and his numerous techniques allow him to do much damage, in brief, short combos. Four strikes make up Midoriya’s ground target combo. Any of the first three hits, except for his Unblockable, can be canceled, albeit the other techniques in his arsenal may or may not follow.
It is possible to continue after the last strike, but it is difficult and not advised. Three hits make up Midoriya’s aerial target combo. When the Aerial Target Combo is appropriately executed, 10,00 damage is dealt on impact. You may execute a more potent variation of Delaware Smash that deals a lot of damage and knocks your opponent out of the way by holding down your Block Button and hitting the Quirk 1 Button simultaneously. It’s a long-range missile that hits three different places.

Tsuyu Asui is a fighter that excels in rapid combos that do a lot of damage and powerful pokes. Tsuyu’s essential movement speed is among the slowest in the game, but he also possesses the most significant leaps. The third kick from Tsuyu, who kicks the other player three times, causes them to pass out. If they are hit with the third attack, Tsuyu cannot catch up to them until they bounce off a nearby wall.
The aerial counterattack of Tsuyu is very different from the one on the ground. It is a two-stage motion that needs two inputs to operate to the fullest extent possible. Let’s say she appeared far more potent at launch than he is, which may surprise some of you given that Tsuyu is down here at the A-Tier. She is not the broken mess she once appeared to be, but she is still a powerful character like the other members of A Tier. She possesses both damage and zoning.

Tomura Shigaraki
Shigaraki has the same basic setup as the other characters. He strikes frequently and often quite hard. Shigaraki’s whole move set consists of falling, supporting his adversary, and throwing him into the air. When coupled with the “claw,” the initial jab may cover gaps considerably more effectively, although it is slow. Since any competent opponent may stop you at this stage, you should use it in anticipation of an opportunity.
Combos for air targets function differently from conventional ground hits. Due to the finisher’s two rather than three impacts, it deals more damage than the ground. As you get up, Shigaraki places that enormous pool of pebbles, requiring you to leap out of the way or stop his damage. It is A Tier character because of this very reason. With its tracking projectile, it has excellent counter-zoning capabilities.
He does have a lot of damage, but I wouldn’t say it’s a fantastic zoning weapon considering all you have to do to escape it is a leap. He has two touch points. When he touches you twice, you pass away. However, his main flaw is that his jab often loses to other jabs throughout the game.

Kyoka Jiro
Kyoka Jiro is a zoning character whose range commands the stage. She uses support extensions to do substantial harm. Three blows from Jiro’s target combo knock the adversary backward. Jiro has a variety of techniques that cause damage, known as sound damage, which accrues in varying quantities based on the move.
The combination is quickly dropped if the opponent sustains too much sound damage, putting them in a complicated knockout state. When touched by two soundwaves, Jiro’s Quirk 1 either exerts a sizable quantity or a minor force. The acoustic damage inflicted by Jiro’s Quirk 2 is not very severe. However, just a tiny amount is applied with each motion hit.
Her strikes are effective against the opponent because each jack impacted produces minor sound damage. Jiro, who is generally mediocre save for one Quirk, built up enough meters to be able to deliver more harm than normal. Overall, Jiro is an excellent ranged character which makes me place her at the A Tier of Best My Hero One’s Justice 2 Tier List.

B Tier
The balanced tier is found after Tier B. All of these individuals have admirable traits as well as a few serious shortcomings. Because they either have significant damage but play like neutral or have fantastic neutral but have poor buttons, you get the point: they seem like unfinished characters.
All For One
All For One is a playable character acquired by completing the Hero Story in the game’s single-player Story Mode. His playstyle favors a calm, measured approach that makes excellent use of his wide variety of choices to open up an opponent and do massive amounts of damage with extended combos. All For One’s ground target combination is shockingly uneven at times, but it remains a solid opening versus the majority of opponents.
It is helpful as a dash punishment in neutral and may be used efficiently at the start of a match to catch opponents who sprint or stroll away. With slight modifications, All For One’s air target combination is comparable to his ground target combo. His air combination has three hits as opposed to his ground combo’s four.
All For One’s tilt strikes are fantastic for both combos and counters. They do a lot of damage, are active for a long time, and have solid exchanges with another medium to long-duration TAs. Furthermore, All For One’s unblockable strike is a short-range move slower than other unblockable. The Quirk Special 1 from All For One is a long-range missile with three charging phases. Holding down Q1 in neutral or after/during his assaults will charge his missile.

Gran Torino
He has a lot of rapid mobility choices and safe block strings. However, his poor damage output puts him at a disadvantage compared to the rest of the lineup. He also has inconsistent combinations, which can sometimes lead to them being dropped.
Gran Tarino’s target combination consists of a 4-hit combo that culminates with him launching his opponent high in the air. Gran Tarino Yellow strikes hit once and launched the adversary skyward, similar to his ground combination. If you miss, you will be susceptible for a long time. Gran Torino’s red strike is unusual in that it causes him to spin swiftly towards the opponent and land a kick anytime they are in range.
He also has great situational zoning, an incredible air attack, and significant damage, so I will place him in the B Tier of My Hero One’s Justice 2 tier list.

C Tier
The C-tier is a below-average tier, but in this list, it has relatively the same importance as the other tiers. This tier consists of 2 characters that are very identical to each other. Moving down to C Tier.
Momo Yaoyorozu
Momo might surprise some of you as she does not seem substantial initially, but this is also a two-hit character damage-wise. She is on the same level as the Dabi. But she forces you to block by throwing the dolls with the right timing, and you are immediately being pressured. On top of that, the pipe she throws is one of the best projectiles in the game, which allows her to play the game from any distance.
Momo is a flexible character who can engage in various assaults and playstyles against her opponent. While her speed and red attack limit her offensive choices, she has additional techniques that let her play more passively and win defensive battles. Momo’s Quirk 1 allows her to switch between her three weapons: a staff, a sword, and a spear.
Her flashbangs will halt when they collide with their opponent or reach their maximum range. Each flashbang produces a tiny AOE burst when detonated. Momo is an excellent all-around character, so I will place her at the C Tier of My Hero One’s Justice 2 Tier List.

Dabi
Dabi got so nerfed from the first game you have to play him completely different now, and the new playstyle is not that strong. Dabi is good at keeping opponents away from him because of his traps, but he pretty much loses every zoning battle because his projectile only works at a certain distance, and it is a distance where you’re not always safe trying to zone. He has got his tools, but they took most of them away.
Unblockable offers little additional range and is pretty sluggish but not the slowest in the game. It’s relatively poor, but it can occasionally catch your opponent off guard. You can, however, combo from it, unlike some other unblockable. Dabi’s Qurik 1 is Fireball, which has a delayed start-up and continues to track the adversary when Quirk 1 is pushed again, which is rather unpleasant.

D Tier
The worst characters in the game are the guys in the D Tier. They are not really useless per say, but it takes a lot of time and effort to be able to use them properly, so it’s best to avoid them for the most part.
Tokoyami
Tokoyami has a strong capacity to break through opponents’ guards and apply overwhelming pressure by using both tethered and untethered Quirk 1 forms. When cornered, the ability to summon Dark Shadow to tank attacks for you so you may move about is critical and unique to this character.
Dark-Shadow sends out armor and unblockable attacks, reducing Tokoyami’s ability to block while allowing Tokoyami to move independently of the attack animations, implying minimal danger. Tokoyami’s character model is tiny. Thus he has a high wall priority, so don’t be scared to rush about and attempt to outmaneuver the opponent.

When unbound, his auto combination consists of two kicks: an 11-frame kick followed by a follow-up that sends the opponent soaring aloft. Tokyoami’s Qurik 1 is called Shadow puppet; during this animation, Tokoyami summons Dark-shadow in a spiral, which completely covers Tokoyami, blocking all incoming attacks on defense or hitting opponents away for extensions; this move changes slightly depending on when you use it, as pressing Quirk 1 again after Dark-shadow has already been summoned.

Muscular
Muscular is a selectable character and a member of the starting lineup. Muscular is a force to be reckoned with, performing quick yet damaging combos and inflicting even more significant damage on the enemy’s health with his different Beast Arm Stages. His playstyle is centered on his devastating Quirk assaults, with mind games and training used to keep the opponent on their toes throughout the battle.
Muscular’s target combination is a specific three-hit sequence that includes a right hook, a left hook, and an uppercut to finish. Muscular’s target combination in the air consists of a single strike, a sweeping movement with his arm that knocks the adversary into the air just over his head. The tilt attacks of Muscular are mediocre. Muscular strikes the enemy’s midsection with a straight kick from the hip, forcing them to wobble back. I will put him in the D Tier of Best My Hero One’s Justice 2 Tier List.

Verdict
I am deeply sorry for your favorite characters who did not make it into the article. Even after writing this much, I am still not satisfied with the characters I have covered in this, as my many favorite ones are still missing. I tried to include every popular character in this list from My Hero One’s Justice 2.
