Fortnite x Funko Happening Very Soon

Fortnite is one of those games that revolutionized the battle royale genre, as it has over 350 million monthly active users. The game has many modes that keep the game engaging and full of content for all kinds of players. Some of their modes include Zero Build, Creative, Squad, Duo, etc. The game has become very popular ever since its release in 2017.

Fortnite has done many collaborations and events in the past; their most famous one was the Travis Scott event, which was undoubtedly the most unique thing we saw that year. Since then, Fortnite has pumped out tons of other collaborations with different franchises, like their limited edition comic with DC.

But aside from the usual skin collaborations, who wouldn’t love a Fortnite x Funko? Well, we all would. If so, we have fantastic news for you as Funko will release exclusive Ryu & Brite Bomber Funko POP very soon. These figurines will be metallic and have a new overseas sticker, so we can expect excellent quality from them as always.

Ryu is the main protagonist from Street Fighters, who was introduced as Gaming Legends Series outfit in Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 5 and was a part of the Street Fighter Set. Brite Bomber was released as a Rare outfit in Season 1, the very first season, and was part of the Sunshine & Rainbows Set. These skins were priced at 1,600 V-Bucks each, with an additional 1,800 V-bucks for their gear bundle.

The Funko POP 2 Pack was leaked by the Twitter account Funko POP News, which has revealed many such things in the past, most of which eventually came out as told. They are not affiliated with Funko, so an official announcement from Funko and Fortnite is likely to come out anytime soon.

Funko Inc. is an American toy company famously known for its licensed vinyl figurines, and bobbleheads. They also make licensed plushes, apparel, accessories, action figurines, and even games. The company was founded back in 1998 and sold low-tech nostalgia-themed toys.

The company was later sold in 2005 and acquired by LLC. The company increased its scope of toy lines and started dealing with some of the biggest companies, like Marvel Entertainment, Disney, Warner Bros., and Nickelodeon.

Funko and Fortnite both have a long list of collaborations and have even done some in the past. Another collaboration coming from them doesn’t seem unusual, not to mention Fortnite also did an exciting collaboration with Pac-Man recently, for which we will receive further information as well.

If you have any speculations on what else we can see from them, and what this means to their future collaborations, please let us know below!
