Bayonetta 3 is one of the most highly anticipated action-adventure games. It is scheduled to launch on 28th October 2022. The fans have been waiting for the release for quite some time, as it was announced in December 2017.
Although the launch date is still a week away, the gameplay of Bayonetta 3 has been leaked and looks stunning! Bayonetta 3 is developed by PlatinumGames and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. PlatinumGames Inc. is a Japanese videogame company famous for its works, such as The Bayonetta series, Astral Chain, and NieR: Automata.
Bayonetta 3 is the sequel to the successful Bayonetta 2. The Bayonetta series creator, Hideki Kamiya, has said that gamers do not necessarily need to play the preceding Bayonetta games to understand and enjoy Bayonetta 3. However, he recommended that gamer enthusiasts play the initial 2 Bayonetta games in preparation for the Bayonetta 3 to find it “more interesting.”
Bayonetta 3 Gameplay
The leaked gameplay has two parts. The first video is titled Bayonetta 3 Gameplay Walkthrough Part 1, which features the time’s records. The second video, Bayonetta 3 Gameplay Walkthrough Part 2, features the general prologue.
These videos do contain a lot of spoilers for the game so be careful if you choose to seek them out. The first video plays quite a crucial role in demonstrating the gameplay of the game itself, with a huge twist at the end of it. Feel free to check out, but you have been warned.
The limited edition will cost $90 and can be pre-ordered.
Trinity Masquerade Edition
Bayonetta 3 has three editions that we know of so far. Firstly, there is a physical copy of the game. Secondly, the digital version. Finally, there is a limited edition version that is titled “Trinity Masquerade Edition.”
The standard copy costs $60, while the limited edition costs $90. The limited edition contained a physical copy of the game itself and also a few physical goodies. Both editions include three exclusive title sheets. The limited edition, however, included a 200-page art book. The retailers, nevertheless, have run out of the limited editions now.
So what do you guys think of the gameplay? Does it live up to the hype, or does it fall short? From the looks of it, the graphics, story, and voice acting is top-notch, but we have to wait for the initial release. Let us know what you think about it in the comments below!
