Xenoblade Chronicles 3 came out in mid-2022, and since then, it has become a really popular ARPG game. The only thing that can stop its growth is likely a content drought. Luckily, the game is getting a story DLC, and our team at TopTierList has found the names of the cutscenes in this DLC.
The names were datamined and shared in the Xenoblade Discord server. They give some light character-based spoilers, so it is best to proceed cautiously. There are other similar datamined leaks in the server, but the cutscenes provide the best info on what we can expect story-wise. However, the number of campsites also shows us that there will be much more to explore.

The names were datamined from the recent Wave 3 patch. Though we do not know who exactly datamined these leaks, they are very much credible as nothing seems out of place. In addition, there were other datamined leaks, like campsite names, etc., but they only give us insight on how big the DLC might be.

Considering the number of cutscenes, and some of the names, it looks like we will have a story-intensive DLC. Although we said, they have some character-based spoilers, most of it is left to interpretation. They don’t reveal anything groundbreaking nor spoil a major plotline. Therefore, it is best to take them at face value and not expect too much.

Since some of the cutscenes share the same names as the locations, it’s fairly easy to see how much the story will progress across the campsites. Nonetheless, let’s not dwell too much on the story. The DLC will be huge indeed, and while we don’t know when exactly we might see it, it should hopefully be somewhere during mid-2023.
If you don’t know already, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is the 4th installment in the Xenoblade Chronicles franchise and the 8th in the overall Xeno series. It shows the story following the first two games and concludes the trilogy with a great overall narrative.
Although the story narrative is similar to previous games, it is different in terms of gameplay mechanics. The story takes place in Aionios, a world where two nations, Keves and Agnus, are in a deadly war with soldiers who have a ten-year lifespan. The game follows Noah and his friends who have gained some mysterious powers, and have decided to work together for survival.
