Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Leaks Reveal New Pokémon And Area

Pokémon is one of the most popular, and timeless franchises we have been blessed with. It is one of the few franchises that offers something for everyone, which is precisely why you cannot hate it. We have an animated series running for over two decades, many films, and short series. In addition, we have amazing games and even an immense card game.

Today we will focus on its upcoming game Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Although it is set to come out on the 18th of November, nothing can stop the leakers from getting new information. Twitter account CentroLeaks is one of the most credible sources of getting news/leaks for Pokémon-related things. They posted several tweets showing some of the content in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Major Points

  • Images of several Pokémon have been leaked, along with some evolutions.
  • Another leak shows the Paldea region map, along with an exciting detail on an inaccessible area, which is likely Kalos.
  • We finally get a better look at Fuecoco’s evolution, called Crocalor.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is the first installment in the ninth generation of the Pokémon series. It introduces three new starter Pokémon, including Spirigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. However, we don’t have much official information on their evolutions and lore. In addition, we also have two unique legendary Pokémon, Koraidon, and Miraidon, along with Cyclizar that will help the player traverse the environment. One of the best features is “Let’s Go,” which allows the players to send their Pokémon to the open world for battling wild Pokémon automatically.

Aside from the snippets and other teases, we don’t have much data on what other Pokémon we might see in the game. But we do have a good idea that many of them will resemble the wildlife of Spain. We can roam around Paldea, a region that is based on Spain. Now we can finally take a look at some of them, and honestly, look pretty exciting.

The first image shows Fuecoco’s evolution, Crocalor. We can also see some new Pokémon in the 2nd image, including the Flamingo Pokémon, called Flamigo (Flame+Amigo), and some familiar faces, including Ralts, Buizel, and Wooper.

Although the 3rd image is now deleted, we can see it reposted in one of the replies, and it shows the evolution of Smoliv, called Dolliv. The 4th image shows the Paldean Tauros.

Another Pokémon was leaked after being seen in the background of another image taken in the bug-type gym. Although the quality makes it extremely difficult for us to see, we can assume it’s a bug-type Pokémon, and might even be the evolution of the Tarountula Pokémon we saw in earlier images.

Perhaps the biggest and most exciting leak is the map of the Paldea region. But the thing that elevates it for us is the small detail of an inaccessible area in the top-right of the first image. Since we are following the well-known areas connected together, it is likely to be Kalos, a region based on France. The two countries share a border on an almost identical side to the image.

If that is true, we can perhaps unlock it in the future and have even more things to explore and check out, along with some exciting new Pokémon. But that’s not all, we previously discussed the high possibility of another Pokémon game in development, and how it might be for Nintendo’s next-gen console. So, Pokémon fans are eating good this year.

Among the many things we showed today, what are you most excited about? Which starter Pokémon would you go for now that you have seen Feucoco’s adorable evolution? Share your thoughts with us below, and we will get back to you!
